Eileen serves as the Executive Director of the Electric Transportation Community Development Corporation (ETcommunity), an organization dedicated to working with communities to ensure the environmental and jobs benefits are realized in all communities, particularly those most impacted by air pollution and/or economic disparity.
Prior to becoming the Executive Director of ETcommunity, Eileen served as the executive director at the California Electric Transportation Coalition and prior to entering the non-profit arena, Eileen worked in California State government for over 15 years. Eileen served as Deputy Secretary for the California Environmental Protection Agency (Cal/EPA) and in various positions at the California Air Resources Board. Her entire career has been dedicated to clean transportation, fuels and a more diverse transportation vehicle and fuel future to benefit the environment and California’s economy.
A long-time supporter of equitable access to clean mobility, Eileen has logged over 350,000 all electric miles. Eileen is married with two adult children and received her bachelor’s degree in Mathematics with a minor in Statistics.
